This is freakin insane as if we have been reset back to the 80s when old weekly family sitcoms used to have the canned laughter in the background when the show's hot daughter talked about a former boyfriend who stole her shoes. Ie. as if anything related to foot fetishism MUST involve some sort of deranged/demented behavior.

Anyway, I am talking about the really popular show on HBO called House of Dragons.

It's the first time any of George RR Martin's works have portrayed a character with a foot fetish. And wouldn't ya know it, they literally picked the creepiest slime-ball in the entire list of characters to play the role to represent us, aka Larys. His behaviors are quite frankly creepy, self-serving, and disgusting!

I was watching it unfold slowly like WTF bro's, this is NOT good for the image!! She's obviously distraught and doesn't enjoy it at all

OMFG, WHYYYYY!?!? It can be potentially triggering to view his reflection (as our own) when we would obviously prefer to think of ourselves differently!

Its always funny that people tend to latch on to foot fetishism whenever its presented even though most of the time when it is, the show or media has a history of way more depraved sexual acts. Even in this episode its explained to us very shortly before the larys scene that our future king (minor spoilers) r@pes women for fun, impregnates them, then if they arent aborted (which he could care less if they do) he c3lebrates by watching his bastard ch!ldren fight in a slave fighting ring where they file the teeth and nails of the kids sharply to "make them more formidable". This same person also has 2 royal ch!ldren with his own sister which is also implied to be r@pe babies if not extremely reluctant consent.

yes indeed, the hypocrisy of mainstream society and what they consider acceptable or not.

Oh, the way any fetish is presented in various shows and media is disgusting. They make fetishists look like stupid and horny people. It's perfectly normal to have personal preferences, though. I don't understand this attitude towards fetishists, especially foot fetishists, as I am one myself. It's not like we're doing any bad to the world, we're just doing what we like. Otherwise, any traditional xxx content is welcomed, and anything with a fetish is perceived as something abnormal. It makes me so angry.
