Open Question: I get foot cramp when i have sex?
 

When im having sex and i climax (im a male) my foot always points out. After this hold in foot pointing i get a really bad muscle cramp on the inside of my foot just under my big toe and above my heel. So instead of looking cool after i cum (eg smoke a cigarette like in the movies) I just go ahh and rub my foot and look like a complete weirdo in front of the girls.
