Open Question: How do you explore sexual fantasies within a long term relationship?
 

I have a major foot fetish. I don't expect to be able to act on it, though footplay would likely be the fastest way to turn me on, but how to you reveal this to someone without freaking them out or making them uncomfortable? I feel like it's a wrong thing for me to desire... but that if I'm truly being honest and intimate with someone, they would need to be aware of it, or I'd be hiding something from him. What usually happens in a relationship when one of the partners has a certain fetish like this one?
