Open Question: Why do I feel uncomfortable to wear bare feet in front of people?
 

I am a 14 year old girl and most of my life, feet haven't really bothered me but recently I feel uncomfortable taking of my shoes and socks in front of everyone and I don't know why. My feet aren't ugly or stinky or anything although I am a dancer. Sometimes in dancing we have to take off our socks because most of the time we wear socks and it just feels awkward and uncomfortable, and straight when its finished I run to put my socks back on. I still wear sandals and flip flops in summer, its just full bare footed. Does anybody know why? Btw I am pretty sure I don't have a foot fetish.
