Open Question: What are the outcomes for such torture?
 

I remember seeing a clip of two yovng lady's 20+ getting hit lightly with a whip, every time they laughed, when their socked feet was being tickled. I never really got to understand why such action and intentions were needed for such thing? What are the expected outcomes for such action?PS. This is not my fetish, nor do i have an interest in sex or sex related acts. I know i leave a pretty boring life. But that's the way i want it.
