Open Question: How can I break my ankle foot hand or wrist to get a cast?
 

I want to get a cast for 2 reasons, I have a cast fetish and I want out of baseball. I know it will hurt and I'm not doing this for attention. I just want to know the simplest quickest method of doing this. And don't tell me not to do it I'm just going to so it either way.
