Open Question: Does my sister's boyfriend have a foot fetish?
 

The other day, my older sister's boyfriend came over to our house. She went outside to 7-Eleven, and said she'd be right back. Meanwhile, her boyfriend stayed with me. I sat on the couch, barefoot, my flip flops kicked off on the floor. He sat next to me, and we watched TV for a while. Then, he tickled the bottom of my foot. Then he started to caress them. He started saying things like "your feet are so baby soft", and he started to rub them. Did he have a foot fetish, or am I just freaking out? (I'm 16, btw).
