Aside from Kelly O'Dell, we've filmed other footjob scenes with the following 6 models as of right now:
Shari Green (no CS),
Ally Doehr (no CS),
Celestia Star (w/CS),
Serena Sinn (w/CS),
Alexis Duval (w/CS in night vision mode),
Emma Day (no CS or profile page yet).

The various scenes have varying degree of foreplay, none with a slave bound to a bed though. The foreplay ranges from sniffing to some licking or sucking, but for the most part is pretty short-lived relative to the FJ scene itself. All the girls are barefoot, and none are bare-clothed as far as the scenes we have filmed thus far.

Glad you like the stuff :) Footjobs are our favorite type of scenes to produce. I just have to work on busting a nut in from of the hot lights & cameras a lot better :(
