Open Question: Is it possible to get rid of a fetish and how?
 

So I have a really strong fetish for S&M and feet. This fetish has made normal relationships hard for me because I can ONLY get turned on by these things. I don't even enjoy sex. It's hard because I don't feel like I've chosen to be this way and there are many girls I would really like to date and feel I would have good chemistry with otherwise. I feel like this is severely limiting my options of who I want to be in a relationship with and I've had enough. So is there something I can do to get rid of my fetish or at least be able to enjoy sex?Please don't tell me to accept who I am, that's not the problem, the problem is it's a serious strain in relationships. I don't think I'm someone who puts sex first in a relationship and so it hurts me that while I can have a ton of fun with someone, share interests and all that I can't have that same connection in the bedroom.Any help would be appreciated.
