Open Question: How do I stop masturbating?
 

Since I started masturbating when I was about 14/15, I've been doing so regularly, & now that I'm 18, I believe it's time I should make an effort to 'quit'. The habit's bugged me for a long while, & if I see even the smallest thing that could link me to porn, I'll go away & start... I have a foot fetish, so I see feet a lot & this leads me to porn. Even talking dirty makes me want to masturbate. Also, is there any way I can prevent myself from watching porn? I have a very strong will in all aspects of life, but with masturbation, it's a totally different story. Any sensible answers are appreciated. Thanks
