Open Question: Why do some men do this?
 

I was sitting on a train on my way to see a girlfriend when I noticed this guy nearby staring at my feet with glazed eyes. Once the train carriage emptied at a stop he came over, knelt down and kissed my toes!!! I really don't understand the whole foot fetish thing. He actually would have been really cute if it weren't for his foot fascination. I didn't know what to do or say at the time but luckily a group of schoolgirls got on and caught him at it. Do all guys have a thing for women’s feet?
