Open Question: What's up with Deviantart users and Foot-Tickling?
 

I'm a Deviant. I know the site sucks, but at least it allows me to showcase my art to the public. I've noticed that MANY pictures are out there of various fictional characters tickling the feet of other fictional characters. What's with that? Is it some kind of fetish? Why is it so popular?
