Open Question: Why do most canadians walk barefoot outside?
 

why is that mostly canadians walk barefoot outside in the rain, in the park, sidewalk,etc.. Aren't they worried about dirty feet?? I think its gross to walk in public barefoot. Maybe canadians have a foot fetish lol
