Resolved Question: Old man in the park touched my feet?
 

I was sitting on the bench with sandals. He sat next to me. I had my feet on the bench with my sort of curled up. He then moved his hand toward my feet. I moved it and he said,"Oh sorry." I figured it was an accident so I didn't think of nothing. He then told me that he had sun tan lotion and it will keep my feet from getting tanned. I denied but he kept insisting and telling me the risks of feet burn so I agreed. I thought that he was going to give me lotion in my hand. He grabbed my feet and put them on his lap. He started to rub it on them himself. I pulled away after seconds and said "that's enough I'm okay." He then left. Why would he do this?
