Open Question: Why do some people take advantage of other's?
 

I ask this question because my brother has always had a foot fetish. There is this yovng Filipino couple who don't have a car that knows that and when they see him they do foot teases with there flip flops or bare feet they make comments to him wow nice car wish I could drive but can't afford a BMW E90. My brother is going to a unversity near them and they offer one of there rooms for free I smell a rat there my brother accepted the room but I feel is going to give into there feet. Any advice on how to help him?
