Open Question: Why does this guy always look at my shoes?
 

Theres this guy who I sometimes see staring at me across the room, and when I stare back into his eyes, he quickly looks down at my shoes and won't look away. It seems abit wierd to stare at shoes the way he does, do you think he has a foot fetish or something?
