Open Question: Why is having a sexual interest in feet considered a fetish?
 

I took a psychology class and learned that a fetish is having a continued interest in conventional objects such as panties or underwear among other things. So why is having an interest in feet considered a fetish? Feet are not unconventional objects. they are a human body part and a highlighted body part on women that are admired. I only ask this because i have an interest in feet. I don't have interests in conventional objects. Yes i like it when women wear panties or socks, but i don't get aroused just by walking down the lingerie department at wal-mart. does anyone have an answer to this?
