Open Question: How do you ask a random man if you can smell their feet and shoes?
 

My friend wants to ask a random man wearing a suit or a businessman at a train station or some public place if he can smell their feet and shoes. How can he do this without breaking the law or getting the police involved in Australia? How can he approach asking these men? He has a foot fetish. He is 15 by the way.
