Open Question: She feels very uncomfortable. What can she do?
 

A short while ago, my friend broke her leg and has been in a cast and using crutches ever since. She is a secretary and works in an office building and there are two coffee shops on the ground floor. Everyday, when she goes to work, there is this man who is at the coffee shop, who appears to be reading a newspaper, but my friend thinks he is stalking her. This man, works in the building, and some of her co-workers say that he has some sort of weird foot fetish My friend doesn't want to go up to him and tell him to quit stalking her(she might be wrong). What can she do?
