the smell is very much the root cause for me too.
i was smelling this girls feet over the past couple of days and it has just drove me nuts to want to do all kinds of extra stuff with her feet. i like hte shape aspect probably second best when it comes to a woman's feet.
oh, and it has to be a woman's feet too (preferably verifiable) otherwise my foot fetish ends right there
