I once saw an anklet that had an additional strap that went under the arch of the foot and was held on with a tiny padlock rather than a clasp. I think it might have been made out of chain-mail. Does anyone know where I might be able to find something like that? I have searched the web without success. Sure I know there are fetish shoes out there that lock on but I already have plenty of classy heels and I just want to add the anklet and lock. Are there any custom shops that anyone can recommend?
