Firstly im completely serious, and no, he has not admitted it to me. .......but im sick of it, everytime we go to a house party or in public, he always looks at peoples feet, girls espeically. I didnt pay much attention to it before, but now its kind of starting to creep me out. Its way to noticable and he looks ridiculous. Today, some girls boyfriend got really agitated cause my friend kept staring at this girls pedicured nails. Im his best friend.....i dont want to see my best friend get embrassed like that ever again, and i need advice on how to stop it. I thank everyone to answers, Thanks.
