Default Open Question: Why is it considered a "fetish" if a man is attracted to women's feet?

A fetish implies an unnatural attraction. There is nothing unnatural about a man being attracted to the female body. If a man is a "leg man" and is very attracted to women's legs, no one thinks anything of it. If a man loves the curves and textures of a woman's shoulders, no one calls this a "fetish". If a man loves to hold and kiss a woman's hands, no one thinks this is at all strange. But let a man admit that he finds women's feet attractive and people act like he's mentally deranged. Is there any logic or reason at all to this knee-jerk reaction that some people have to men who are attracted to women's feet? Is there any logic or reason to call it a "fetish"?
