I'm almost positive that my little brother (he's 14 years old) has a foot fetish. I'm a little worried about it actually, do you think I should talk to him about, or should I tell our parents? I guess I don't fully understand what a socked / foot fetish is, could someone please explain it to me? Well for one, I found some of my socks and shoes in his bedroom... And I found him on some websites lately.. Not porn exactly, but they said they were "foot fetishists" web sites or however you would spell it.
