Open Question: Why do girls paint their toe nails?

I have a bit of a foot fetish or anything around there but i commented on a girls nails once (Before i told them i had a fetish) and they were like what the hell? Im just kinda confused and curious. Im like 17 and its hard to control the desire and i think all girls should paint their nails. I also heard someone say since im a virgo i meant to serve and i guess thats true cause i do (Sorry for getting off topic)
