Open Question: I really like him, but he's into feet...?

I met a guy recently and we get on so well. I really really like him, but he's into feet. Like as a fetish. He likes sucking and licking my toes. Sometimes in the bath, sometimes on the sofa and sometimes when we're getting intimate, which then kind of turns me off. The whole thing freaks and grosses me out, but I don't know what to say to him about it because I don't want to come across as selfish, as I know he really enjoys it. I'm scared that if I nag him about it he might get tired of me or something. I now he's not that shallow, but still I don't know what to do. Help and advice please? Thanks in advance xx
