Open Question: Is it haram for a Muslim man to go onto realwishes.com or to date girls?

I am a Muslim guy who wants to go to realwishes.com, for fun. But is this website haram for the Islamic religion. I also love girls, and I have a foot fetish, but is it haram for a Muslim guy with a foot fetish to have a girlfriend(I control myself all the time).
