Open Question: Im in love with my best friend... What should i do?

im a guy, 15, and im in love with my best friend, also 15, so yh im gay i guess, and i have feelings for him, particularly his feet cos i have a foot fetish, and i just want to know what to do. I cant tell him cos then he would never talk to me again and even though i love him he is still the best friend ever, and i dont want to lose the friendship... what do i do please?
