Resolved Question: Does my brother have a foot fetish?

He had to take care of me when I was sick and we're a year apart but anywho when he changed my bed covers he asked me if I wanted a foot massage. He frequently touches my feet to comment how cold/hot they are even if I'm wearing socks. He looks at them when I'm not looking. And I'm a guy too. Does that matter? @Correnne Ashleigh Because I have what he wants. And that makes me uncomfortable.
