Open Question: What is a "Dmitry"? (20 chars)?

Me and my friend were discussing fetishes. I'm a foot man and he said he had a fetish for a thing called a "dmitry futa". I know what a futa is, but I never heard of a "dmitry". I looked it up to see what I can find out what a dmitry is, but I found nothing. So can someone explain to me what a "dmitry futa" is. He also said he goes on 4chan's /d/ page to look at them, so if you have been there and you know what one is, tell me (what a dmitry is, I know what a futa is).
