I play the clip then I go up to "file" then "save thumbnails" and then I get this error message "GetCurrentImage failed, hr = 800ffff"
The type of file is: MPG File The file size is: 114 MB (120,262,352 bytes) I have more clips to post but I don't want to post them untill I figure out this problem so that I can also post screen shots.
