If a guy just likes to touch, or perhaps kiss your feet a little bit (along with the rest of you), does this mean he has a foot fetish? Not focusing on them to a big extent, just a little bit.Also, if someone does find feet attractive, as long as that's not all they find attractive, does that make them abnormal?
