Whenever I masturbate I almost always use a picture of an attractive female co-worker that I find on their Facebook. Whenever I finish I feel like an absolute creep but yet I still do it. How can I break this habit? Also I have a bit of a foot fetish, I have no clue why, it wasn't until about 2 years ago that this started and before that I was disgusted by feet.
