I was helping out my friend, Helena Hart (https://www.feetcore.com/Movies/Helena-Hart-vids---Foot-Worship-1.html) (5'8", size 10), with one of her yoga stretches and leg exercises. We didn't have time to go to a gym so we improvised without the use of weight machines for resistance training.
