My boyfriend has always been really into feet. A couple of weeks ago I got an infection in my toe. He thought it was hot and told me not to take antibiotics. I want to make him happy, so I did not take any drugs. However, the infection is spreading. I'm getting nervous, but I also don't want David to break up with me. What should I do?
