When it’s warm out, a lot of women like to wear flip flops so their feet get exposed. I know it’s warm outside, so that could be a good reason why they wear them. But that doesn’t explain why they decorate their feet by getting pedicures, wearing toe rings, wearing anklets, and some getting tattoos. Do some men have a foot fetish and that’s why women like exposing them and decorating them?
