Open Question: Do women know that a lot of guysh have foot fetishes?

I go to school in a university in Canada and the women here have amazing pedicures etc.. In the library there are girls dangling their feet all over and I can't even study there anymore. Do girls realize how much some guys like their feet? It seems to happen too much for them not to know..
