Open Question: Is this a foot fetish?

I hope I make sense. For many years now I've found myself increasingly attracted to a woman with attractive legs and feet. I love it when a girl wears flip flops or walks around barefoot. Here's the thing though. I am not at all attracted to just a girls legs or feet by themselves, the girl needs to be entirely visible to me for it to be a turn-on, as a matter of fact I find myself disgusted by websites with pictures of only feet. I also cant stand it if they're dirty, or ugly, I dunno, Im weird. I do feel that I have some form of foot fetish, maybe not as severe as others.
