Open Question: My girlfriend teases me with my foot fetish, what should I do?

I am a 17 year old male with a foot fetish, my girlfriend who is 16 years old found out about it and teases me in front of our friends, I get hard and well it's kind of hard to hide it.. I wear baggy clothes, but well I have a "bigger size" then most guys. what should I do? I don't want her to stop because I truthfully kind of enjoy it. and before anyone thinks that we are acting immoral, we have taken a vow of abstinence from premarital sex.
