Open Question: What's with people having foot fetishes?

I can't believe how many guys i met who've this foot fetish.I don't get what's SOOO sexy about feet.I mean,they can look attractive,let's say.But i don't see what's there to get aroused about.What's so sexy about them? And what makes a foot sexy?
