Open Question: Women wear flip flops in summertime but why would they be creeped out?

I'm in my mid twenties, and have a foot fetish, no different than a guy that likes boobs or what not, just I like womens feet... Just how I was made I guess. But my question is, all you women out there wear "sexy shoes" and flip flops, all showing off your feet, but if a guy were to ask you if he could take a quick picture of your feet, you all say you would be creeped out. We can already see your feet so why is it such a big deal?
