I never thought about it until I was about 20 y/o. I was at an adult book store. I was watching movies in a booth and cam across (literally) a video of a woman with black nylons giving a foot job. I was obsessed ever since!

I was definitely born with it. I remember always looking at peoples feet, not really knowing why until i started really discovering my fetish.
